These so-called reporters could be any willing individuals, the first thing to do in order to become a reporter of this news outlet is just to drop an e-mail and get the login and pathword. Neweurasia.com provides both conversation of readers with reporters, as well as the conversation among audience; also it is good news outlet to be updated with (news that are posted there are everytime updated and actual). It is pure participatory journalism site, because as I already said, in order to be part of Neweurasia community, all  requrements is just personal desire.
